Medik8 Hydr8 Hyaluronic Acid B5 Serum is a professional strength depigmentation, hydrating serum suitable for all skin types. Hydr8 B5 has been designed to improve moisture levels within the skin. Contains skin-softening vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and moisture-enhancing hyaluronic acid to quench your skin and provide 24 hours of nonstop hydration. The light-weight and non-greasy gel formulation effectively hydrates, relieves and restores moisture balance in both dry and oily skin types.

Hydr8 B5 also utilises the power of Hyaluronic Acid, which is capable of holding up to 1000x its own weight in water and hence helps to restore critical moisture to dehydrated skin, increase skins suppleness and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

This clear, oil-free gel transforms your skin by rebalancing its moisture levels and maintaining hydration for up to 24 hours. Hydr8 B5 absorbs immediately, leaving skin feeling silky smooth and entirely quenched with moisture. Can be used day and/or night to soften and smooth the skin or for optimal renewal and protection of the skin. It is an ideal companion to your regular skincare hydrator to increase skin moisturisation levels; or a perfect standalone product for those with oily or acneic skin.

Directions For Use

In the morning and/or evening, after cleansing, apply 5-6 drops directly to the skin and blend evenly across the whole facial area, neck and dcollet. Alternatively, place a drop on your finger and massage into the skin, repeating until the skin is covered. Apply your hydrator as usual after every application, or use as a standalone hydration product for people with oily or problem skin. If using Hydr8 B5 during the day, ensure that an SPF hydrator is applied after every application.

Aqua, Pantothenic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid Pantothenic Acid - improves the moisture-retention capacity of the skin and stimulates skin regeneration and wound healing.It has an anti-inflammatory and anti-itching effect Hyaluronic Acid - moisturising active that holds 1000x its own weight in water.

If you are not in to receive your order then a card will be left informing you that your parcel has been taken to your local Post Office depot. You can arrange to collect it from there, or you can arrange a re-delivery with your depot. Post Office depot’s hold parcels for 14 days before returning them to us. If your parcel is returned to us as "not called for", which means that nobody collected it from the local depot or arranged re-delivery, then we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding 10% of the order value to cover costs we have incurred in receiving your payment, sending your parcel and paying for the return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly. We will inform you of the refund amount via email. If you still require the goods please reorder. Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 working days of it being placed, so if you are expecting an order to be delivered and it has not arrived, then please check with your local depot to see if they are holding it for you. We aim to deliver your item as soon as possible, If you have not received it within 14 days of your order don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 Days Return Policy.  This means any item/items bought from us can be returned within 30 Days of purchase.  Please note that returned item/items must be unused and unopened, still have all packaging and returned as new.

Under the United Kingdom's Long Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from The Cosmetic Practice, for a full refund within 30 days.

To cancel your order please email cs@thecosmeticpractice.co.uk with your order reference number in the title. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. We recommend you send any item back to us recorded so you have proof of delivery as you are responsible for the goods until returned to ourself. All items must be returned unused and unopened, with all packaging intact.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different product if preferred. Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact cs@thecosmeticpractice.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

We do not refund postage costs. If you have tried the product and are unhappy with the results, then please contact us immediately via email cs@thecosmeticpractice.co.uk to ensure that you are using the correct and appropriate product for your skin's needs. It is also imperative that you follow the directions given. Some of the products we sell may have temporary side-effects for some people and these are usually resolved after a few weeks of use. We offer advice by e-mail or phone if you need help choosing the right products before you buy. We will not refund or replace products that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons. If you have a reaction to a product, then please tell us and we will inform the manufacturer of the product so that they can update their adverse incidents of the product. We will not however refund against such a product that you have shown sensitivity to. Please ensure when ordering make up, the colour you choose is correct as the product cannot be returned.

Lost Parcels

We will replace lost orders in full.* Please contact us if you believe your item has been lost in the post. Where possible we will give you a tracking number for your item - please check that your depot is not holding your item. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to deliver your order, longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

*NB): If you believe your item is lost please contact us. We will check the delivery address that you supplied with you. If you have entered any part of your delivery address incorrectly on your order, including the postcode, then we are not able to claim against the loss with Royal Mail, and consequently cannot refund/replace your order. We use the address for delivery that you supply, so you must ensure that your delivery address and postcode is 100% correct. Please enter the digits carefully! If you are unsure of your delivery postcode, then check online at www.royalmail.com using their online postcode checking facility.

Order Processing

Most of the products in the shop are carried as stock items. If an item is in stock it will usually be posted to you the same or next day. If an item is out of stock, it will usually be posted within 5 working days of your order being placed. You should expect your delivery within 10 days of placing your order. However, during especially busy periods of the year such as Christmas, please allow 15 working days for your order to reach you. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of payment, then please email and we will track your order.

Value for Money
I use this as a moisturiser after my vitamin c serum and then put SPF over. I really like it- my skin doesn't feel weighed down and it is moisturising enough for my oily/ combination skin.

Love it obsorbs so well into the skin , non greasy .
